Wabi-Sabi is the ancient Japanese philosophy of finding beauty in things that are imperfect, impermanent and aged.  No-frills style has permeated all the major Western design movements that still influence contemporary trends.  

This remodel allowed us to run freely with the finishes focusing on the aged feel, regardless of everything being new.  A blend of Tansu, cork floors, Shoji Screens, reflective lighting and tiles, kimonos, Manzanita branches and pebbled flooring.  This project will always remain as one of my favorite creations.
